Failure to respond promptly to these information requests may result in substantial delays in the project timeline. Solstice Marketing Consultants shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays arising from a lack of timely response or cooperation on Your part. Your commitment to engaging actively in this process is fundamental to ensuring the anticipated delivery schedule.
When you work with Solstice Marketing Consultants, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within three (3) business days of placing it and receive a full refund. To initiate this, please send a written notice to support@solsticemarketingconsultants.com. After the initial three (3) business days, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
